DAGDAGAY FOOT REFLEX
Dagdagay Foot Reflex is the traditional foot massage in the Cordilleras and it makes use of two wooden sticks, rubbed,tapped and pressed into the soles of the feet to remove the soil and relax their entire body. (P350)
